The Centre implements a range of programs and initiatives that translate research into practical solutions and sustainable impact.
Research & Analysis
The main engine of the Centre for producing rigorous knowledge. It includes conducting in-depth field research and studies addressing political, social, and economic issues; preparing policy papers and rapid situation assessment reports to provide practical recommendations to decision-makers; implementing research projects examining the impact of ideologies in Libya; and producing an annual strategic report summarizing key national developments.
Dialogue & Engagement
Aims to strengthen the Centre's role as a platform for interaction and consensus-building through Track II diplomacy efforts that build bridges between Libyan stakeholders and regional and international actors. It also includes organizing specialized seminars and workshops that bring experts together with policymakers, as well as holding regular conferences with broad local and international participation to discuss critical issues.
Organizational Consulting & Capacity Building
Focuses on empowering national institutions and professionals by providing advisory services in development strategy design across political, economic, and social areas, as well as restructuring and institutional development. It also includes designing and implementing specialized training programs to develop the skills of researchers, leaders, and national stakeholders, equipping them with tools for decision-making and change management.
Publishing
Focuses on making knowledge accessible and expanding its impact by publishing research and studies in peer-reviewed journals, books, and policy briefs across different media. It also includes developing a comprehensive reference database on Libyan affairs, activating digital platforms, producing interactive content such as infographics and explanatory videos, and establishing co-publishing partnerships with international research centres and publishing houses.
